How do I put this eloquently…I am not one to leave one star reviews but alas…here we are. It was my friends birthday and she had ordered a custom polar pizza which mind you was almost 40 minutes away so while on the road we just hoped it was worth it and i’m sure it was-but i can’t answer that question because the employee said she didn’t have the pizzas even thought we had the confirmation. I ordered 2 custom polar pizzas online 2 days prior to pick up (confirmation was sent and everything)… all was going well until the pick up date. THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PIZZAS! Pedí un cake de cookies and creme por el cumpleaños de mi hijo, pague 40 dólares y me llamaron para decirme que no tenían y enviarían uno similar Enviaron un pizza helado de 22 dólares de chocomenta y cookies and creme, aquí nadie come menta, es irrespetuoso que hagan esos cambios, solo cancelen y ya Tuvimos que pelear el reembolso y echar a la basura la pizza cake, he tenido varias experiencias desagradables con este lugar y otros que hay como este en otros barrios, mejoren o al menos concentrense
