Extremely disappointing and honestly dangerous. I ordered the Jamaica non-dairy ice cream because I have a dairy allergy. My husband ordered Oreo, which contains dairy, and both containers were handed to us completely unlabeled. After taking a few bites, it became obvious that I had been given the wrong ice cream. Terrible service. Took hours to make my order, unprofessional. Young kids lol
I went to this baskin Robbins around 9:45 its supposed to be 24 hrs and they practically had no donuts. So I tried to order a milkshake and I like my milkshake with less milk and they wanted to charge me extra for LESS milk. I ended up leaving with nothing. I guess customer service is not a priority here. I will not be returning there. I am extremely disappointed
