The manager there was a dark haired lady and was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! The ice cream was not labeled so when I asked her which was which she took an attitude with me. Sorry you have to work at an ice cream shop lady but don’t take it out on me
I ordered two of the same coffee. I said I had two orders. They told me no and turned their back on me. Totally unprofessional people. My husband tried showing them we had two orders and they wouldn't even look at my order history. This is my first time here and will be my last. If this is how Baskin robbin/Dunkin is here in Michigan city its not worth it. I will go somewhere else.
First of all i didnt even wanna leave 1 star…I ordered 2 triple scoops and only received 1 they didnt give me a refund AND wasnt answering the phone they kept hanging up and sending me to voicemail bad service and should be shut down or maybe consider some new management
