The guy , Justin from behind the counter was very respectful when I let him know my granddaughter is highly allergic to nuts. He took 2 scoops to the back and washed them, skimmed off the top of the chocolate mint ice cream then served up my granddaughters ice cream! I’d highly recommend B&R
Soooooooo sick of having “pride month” shoved down my throat. When I walk into a business establishment, all I want to see are advertisements for what that business has to sell, period. 🤮🤢
Worst experience. It was so difficult to just order for some reason the young man working was not understanding the process. I have not see such simple things be so complicated before . Everything took so long because both of the kids working were either high as hell or something but I was literally saying " wow " the entire time. I went there just to get an ice cream cone for myself and a little cup of ice cream for my big dog. A bunch of kids working there that were extremely rude I asked him if I could have a half scoop of each flavor in my cone. They said no they can't do that even though I've had it done a million times at a million baskin-robbins. So I just got two children Scoops in a cone. I just went in to get an icecream cake and the gentleman working seriously was the friendliest best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Helped me dig through cakes to find my mom’s favorite flavor without me having to ask for help just gladly came over to help. Rang me up right away. His energy was absolutely contagious it made my day! Thank you for such great service/experience!
