WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Tuesday night 6-24-2025 it’s 100 degrees outside. I’m taking my mother in law and my kids for some ice cream. The time is 9:50 pm , as we walk into the store a group of approximately 7 or 8 people are standing in line to be served with ice cream. After the employee serves the first two people in the group she stops everything locks up the freezer and announce that they are closed for the night and she wouldn’t serve the rest of the group including our party. Last night 6/24/25 We came here right before closing to get ice cream. The store was still open and serving customers inside, and the door was unlocked. which means we should be allowed to get ice cream. Not my fault; you guys didn't lock the doors. anyway, the people in front of us were halfway through their order when this teenage girl rudely just cut them off! S.O. TO THE CAKE DECORATOR FOR PASSING THE VIBE CHECK and actually giving me an all white cake that no other location would give me. Girl you a queen keep it up we’re getting more from you for sure 10/10 job. P.S. it was for my wedding cake lollll
Worst customer service yet!! We come here weekly and sometimes daily. Never had a problem but today they had us wait more than 30 minutes to sell us a tub of ice cream and we still didn’t get to buy it because “the manager didn’t give them a price” how unprofessional is that for such a constant customer.
