If I could give a MINUS star rating, I would. We ordered delivery from the Baskin Robbin’s on Clark Road, Duncanville Texas @ 6:51 on January 10. 3 scoops ice cream. A 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. Can of whipped light cream. Instead of a normal bowl we got was 3 of the 16oz SODA glasses, filled with ice cream. So 3 kids and an adult (me) were trying to use those little pink spoons they included to try to get a bite of ice cream out of tall glasses. It doesn’t work. And was totally ridiculous. Frustrating experience watching the staff use the menu name to call out what is ready. No order number or name, that would be too simple. Instead food and drinks go to whoever also got that same menu item. Oh and my medium black coffee took 15mins to be ready. Had to wait behind all the iced lattes and cappuccinos. Some random person took of course.
Sometimes all you need during a never-ending layover is a little comfort food, and Baskin-Robbins absolutely delivered. There was no line, which was a pleasant surprise, and service was quick and friendly. I went with two scoops of ice cream, and while the price felt steep, it’s the airport, at this point, inflated prices are part of the experience.
