2nd year in a row, horrible experience, horrible communication, do not order cakes from this location.
DO NOT order cakes from this store! I ordered a cake on Thursday to be ready Sunday (online says cakes will be ready in 48 hours). Manager called and said she didn’t have that flavor. So I asked to cancel and she said “well let me call other stores to see if they have it and if not we’ll give you a refund”. NO RESPONSE. Called the store multiple times this morning. Finally left a message and 5 minutes after the message I received an email saying I was being refunded. Now it’s too late to order another cake from another store... read more
New owner. Not going back. Went in today and the young lady was very courteous in the sky blue shirt. She was rudely over ruled by the brown chicken with the dark framed glasses. It was very off putting and an abuse of authority. She wanted everyone to know the girl was in training. The brown chicken was not friendly at all. She had a very cold demeanor.
