We love this place. The staff are always nice and very polite.
On the 31st I purchased 7 scoops assuming I’d be able to use my 31% off scoops . Cashier scanned my 1 free scoop coupon and then scanned my 31% off coupon, said I can’t use both so I requested her to remove the free scoop coupon and said she couldn’t that i now have to use that coupon . I stood there going back and forth with her until I just decided to leave. Staff is absolutely RUDE, they have no knowledge on customer service, and can’t operate a register. Need you to do a better job on training your staff :)
One of the worst in Bakersfield. They dont stand behind their product and have no idea about customer service. They were supposed to call regarding a problem with their ice cream and they just ignored the corporate office. Go to another location
