Very Disappointed – Cake Not Ready Despite Pre-Order I ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins two days in advance, and when I showed up to pick it up at the scheduled time, they told me they didn’t have it. The ice cream was AMAZING but we ordered 3 waffle cones and they were all stale. Very disappointed in the cones
Worst ice cream I ever had. It tasted old and freezer burnt. Never in my life have I ever thrown ice cream away, but after a couple bites I tossed it. Absolutely awful.
Ridiculous. They won't make anything that's advertised on the website. A simple coffee blast nor a lemon small scoop cup.. nothing. Just ridiculous
Drove 15 mins to bring a friend who never tasted pralines and cream ice cream only for them to have a handful of options to choose from as one of their freezers has been down. I requested a discount on the pint since they do not have the product I want in a cone and their attitudes in response were not conducive for a customer service environment. I frequent this location often but will not go to the one on Club drive as they gave great customer service when I drove to that one afterwards.
