Workers aren't very friendly, but worse, they understand NOTHING you tell them. I made it very clear what flavor and add ons I wanted. She understood 2 things out of the 4. Not going here again. If they can't understand what your saying, they can't give you what you want. The ENTIRE store is ran by very young foreigners.
Employee ignored me because i didn’t order on the screen. Retard kept saying 1 minute and did every other order
Came here at 7:55pm with my family to get some ice cream and the employee had all the doors locked with his headphones in while cleaning the store... wish they would update their hours so we wouldn't have made the trip ;(
Wished they had more selection of flavors though.
Horrible experience, the ice cream I ordered was freezer burnt and the cone was very stale. They had no options when it came to toppings to put on the ice cream. Not to mention the customer service experience was horrible. The employee who helped me wasn’t wearing any gloves as she touched my food. Definitely would recommend staying far away from this place. I don’t know how the board of health has not shut them down yet .
