This is what a Baskin Robbins / Dunkins worker thinks of customers. He also pushed me twice, threw my merchandise on the floor, then set it onto the counter where food is prepared, cursed me out, and then threatened me physically... and that was after being ignored at the counter for several minutes. You can be sure I will call the executive office in the morning about this person.
I came at 9:45 and they had already closed all the ice creams and they told me it was late.
Got there 7 minutes before closing, Johnny there was rude and told us to go somewhere else.
I’m being generous with this one star. Make sure you send an email, a telegram, a parade if you have allergies. I requested vanilla ice cream, but could clearly see that it was contaminated with some other ice cream once I was in my car. I go inside to let the server aware that the ice cream he gave me was contaminated ice cream with something else and he says it was chocolate, but there’s no way to know because next to the vanilla ice cream was rocky Road which contains almonds which is also chocolate.
