I ordered online for pick up. The whole point of ordering was to try out the new flavors, and I was happy to see that this shop carries all of them online. But when I entered to pick up, I‘m told that they don‘t have any of these flavors.. I hope you update your online order availability next time to prevent others from wasting their time. I also used one of my rewards for this order, wasted for nothing… They also said that they can’t issue the refund to my card so I had to just leave with unwanted coins in my hand..
Selena is AMAZING and truely cares for customer experience. She is a sweetheart that goes above and beyond to rectify issues caused by the app that is beyond her control. I will definitely be driving further just to visit this location moving forward.
