Everytime we go (we have a family of 5), which is about 2 to 4 times a week the service is horrible. The workers are so cranky and rude. Not even because we are regulars, its always attitude. Very disappointing!

Tried to place order through uber eats and the driver had to call me and have me talk to an employee who informed me they were out of everything I ordered and had no replacement items. Employee then informed me I had to cancel the order which I did and now they will not answer the phone and communicate with Uber Eats (so I can be refunded) to inform them that their negligent inventory was the reason my order could not have been started. They never have any chocolate flavors out. I go different times during the week, different days, no chocolate. Definitelydon't have 31 flavors.

This was terrible! Took my granddaughters here for ice cream. I decided to splurge and get me a banana split. They didn't know what it was. This place had nothing! No whip cream, no syrup, no nuts. They didn't have hardly any ice cream. Oh its Saturday or did you not know that. We'll you should know to be prepared for a Saturday shouldn't you? Will go to Dairy Queen or even McDonald's next time I want to get ice cream.
