I normally enjoy Baskin Robbins, but this location was disappointing. Their posted hours say the lobby closes at 10pm, but when we arrived at 9:25pm the doors were already locked. We went through the drive-thru instead and asked what flavors were available (since the menu doesn’t list them). I need a refund cuz ain’t no way you guys are serving this stuff like this . Last night i asked for nutty coconut ice cream with a fancy cone with nuts. First time lady try to give me a regular cone with one scoop . I said no I asked for 2 scoops on a cone with the nuts on them.
