Cappuccino blast last several times I order, seem to be possibly spike with laxative, or very bad mix contaminated , 4 straight orders , and hour later rushing into a restroom not a coincidence , mgm needs to address this issue
Always get the wrong order. Whole milk instaed of skim. Ice insted of hot. Latte instead of Machiato….
If giving zero stars was an option, thats exactly what I would do! What a HORRIBLE experience! I door dashed a cake order 1 day ahead of when I needed it... I received a phone call from my DASHER (not baskin robbins) stating the store did NOT have the cake or the candles I ordered. What I ordered is not made at this location and there was nothing they could do to help me with this MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. My question is, why was my order reviewed and confirmed? Horrible, worst franchise .
A everyday customer at this store, past month , store does not have the product to make my drink, yet other location have and when question, they report no shortage on the product.. store just lost a $ 1800 a year customer
