Arrived at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday August 8th.. the crew that was on staff was absolutely amazing and you could tell that the team work was spot on! The place was immaculate and they were continually working even when there were no customers.... Taking care of things that needed to be taken care of and wiping things down, refilling milk.... It was actually awesome to watch as we sat there and ate our awesome ice cream! Thank you to the staff on the clock during this time!

They’re a lot faster since the remodeling long time ago , and they had my mango smoothie in stock . And they had a tip option on the card reader which I think is very convenient

Not the best experience. They lost our anniversary cake and then come to find out they put it in the freezer where the general purchasing cakes were.

So after 3 years nothing has changed customer service still non existent for me at the Dunkin location maybe it's the way I look waited at the ice cream section for at least 10-12 minutes no one acknowledged my presence at all saw the looks in my direction but no one said a word and there were at least 6 people on duty 1 male worker that was cleaning the sink area and the rest were all female.
