Not the best experience. They lost our anniversary cake and then come to find out they put it in the freezer where the general purchasing cakes were.

So after 3 years nothing has changed customer service still non existent for me at the Dunkin location maybe it's the way I look waited at the ice cream section for at least 10-12 minutes no one acknowledged my presence at all saw the looks in my direction but no one said a word and there were at least 6 people on duty 1 male worker that was cleaning the sink area and the rest were all female. Please do not go here anyone! Had a large vanilla iced coffee and had to go to ER because of stomach complications and violently throwing up. Still waiting on results but I felt completely fine before getting it and it was the only thing i drank!!

This location once served thick and delicious milkshakes. But the last two times that I've stopped here, the shakes have been very thin. My chocolate shake was chocolate milk. Furthermore we were first in line at the drive thru, yet still had to wait nearly 20 minutes. I won't come back.
