First called to see if they had Dubai sundae in stock and they didn’t answer. Placed order on app, drove across town and they told us they ran out of the ingredients last week and they couldn’t make it. Asked why it let me order the employees said they are not affiliated with their own app and could not help me cancel or refund, told me to do it all but that’s not possible. Terrible customer service if you don’t have the item simply take it off the menu.
The guy working today was very rude and disrespectful and would not scoop me a quart of ice cream and told me I had to buy it prepackaged. He refused to assist me. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and telling everyone I know to never spend their money at this location. This is absurd in today's culture of no one cares about the customer
You must wonder where the manager must be, at this location in particular. Staff were uninviting, a lot of product out of stock and cleanliness was missing almost entirely. Clearly no training for staff, or a serious lack of understanding on how to scoop properly. The amount of ice crystals formed around the hole in the middle of the ice cream tub showcased this gross negligence of training. ts place so buns bruhhh they took so long with my order that I was able to change it since they messed it up. Trashy, taking spoons out of boxes with product all over the counters, and frost around some of the icecream (showing they don't know how to scoop at all)
They don't have any toppings! No hot fudge, whipped cream nothing. This place is the worst!!! Gonna drive farther for better =SAD!
