Very clean adorable shop with Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins together sweet staff highly recommend
purple haired girl was extremely rude & upon reading other reviews not the first time this has been a complaint i’d get it together
8 of us came in at 8:30pm. All ordered 2 scoops, etc. A fly flew close to our table and directly into my granddaughter’s cup. They very reluctantly agreed to remake it and stated it would not be remade again.
We tried to order and both workers were extremely rude to other customers. The one making us a milkshake slammed the ice cream door hard. They were cussing about the drive through and that the milkshake machine hasn't worked all day and they had to slam the pitcher hard on the counter three times in front of us. We decided to leave and they cussed us out and yelled at us on our way out. We went somewhere else. An employee should never act up and cuss in front of and at customers. Do that in private.
