Overcharged-Rude Staff- Took my daughter for ice cream. Ordered two sundaes, was then charged for sundaes and each individual topping on both. When I questioned the girl, asking who would buy a sundae if you are still charged for each individual toppings she didn't seem to care. Reported it to the office and didn't hear back. Go to Dairy Queen $9+ is so NOT worth it for one sundae or to be treated like you don't matter!
On April 17th I came into the establishment and everyone looked at me and not once was I greeted. It was about 6 workers and out of those 6 it was one black guy and the guy next to him tapped him and he turned around to look and still no one said anything. I had to say something for someone to come see what I needed. And mind you, this happened before and I said I wasn’t going back and I gave another chance and same thing. I’m not sure what’s going on but they need better training or because it’s horrible customer service
Ordered a custom ice cream for my mom's birthday- very simple chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and what did I receive? Vanilla cake with a very disgusting chocolate ice cream. It honestly put a damper on things since my mom was really looking forward to it. I just don't get how someone doesn't at minimum double check what the order is before making it.
I placed a online order for a cake for my moms birthday and they did not have the cake and said I couldn’t get a refund because the order was placed online
This was just unsatisfying. I order a 3 scoop sundae and only got one scoop. Not cool at all
