Four stars for the staff who were friendly and helpful, especially given the situation they were in. The one star belongs to the company. How on EARTH does this Baskin-Robbins not have the most popular flavors on hand during the weekend??? And this being LABOR DAY WEEKEND means people are going to want ice cream. I usually enjoy visiting Baskin-Robbins, but unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the employee wasn't helpful at all. He didn’t inform us of the available flavors, which forced us to get down and go inside the store. Once inside, the same employee took our order, but his attitude was noticeably unfriendly from the start.
