Very Loud and out of tune music from a local radio station. They don't honor rewards. Extremely pricey compared other BK stores. I paid 9.75 for 2 scoops in a cup compared to 7.50 at the Manhattan Beach BK store.
I went into the ice cream store to buy a 3 scoop cone and the woman was talking on the phone the whole time, so unprofessional. She was not paying attention to the customers and I asked her 3 times for a 3 scoop cone and she keep asking me "cone or cup?"... I just walked out and said "that's okay" 3 times.
Such a sweet staff! Every time I go I get excellent service! 10/10
The ice cream is good but it's ridiculous that they don't allow you to taste flavors. I'm a 43 year old woman who goes out for ice cream with my kiddos every once in a while. I would have really loved to try the oreo java flavor but was told- "Sorry we don't allow tasting except the flavor of the month." When I pushed back, the person helping me said: "Yeah we're privately owned." What?? You're an ice cream shop. Allow people to taste the flavors. Sure, put a limit like maximum 3 tastes or something but seriously? That's abs... read more
