I ordered Uber eats brownie Sunday and banana split. The Sunday barely had ice cream scoops and the banana split was liquid. I've ordered many times and its never arrives this melted. Thank God I god my money back.
Very Loud and out of tune music from a local radio station. They don't honor rewards. Extremely pricey compared other BK stores. I paid 9.75 for 2 scoops in a cup compared to 7.50 at the Manhattan Beach BK store.
I went into the ice cream store to buy a 3 scoop cone and the woman was talking on the phone the whole time, so unprofessional. She was not paying attention to the customers and I asked her 3 times for a 3 scoop cone and she keep asking me "cone or cup?"... I just walked out and said "that's okay" 3 times.
Such a sweet staff! Every time I go I get excellent service! 10/10
