The surrounding area looks unpleasant but I am rating this 1-star for the simple fact that I can't rate it 0-stars. There is a picture of light brown hair in my ice cream and my hair is a dark brown/black color. The hair is embedded in the ice cream so it's not something that simply landed there. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this establishment for their lack of hygiene, especially since all the ice cream containers are constantly open and no one is having their hair tied back or in a net.
