Would not make me a chocolate shake. It was just after 7 pm. Will never go here again!!!
The worst service EVER!! I ordered a shake and they gave me straight milk, I offered to pay extra for more ice cream to remake it and they told me to leave and if I need a manager come back tomorrow for no reason! Rude people
Today is July 2. I stopped in and ordered a iced coffee and a double scoop of ice cream and again Huevo con, chocolate, and strawberry. The one lady never there was two ladies in there. Both of them were fantastic. Ordered an ice cream cake a week in advance. Received an e mail the day before I was supposed to pick it up that they couldn’t make it. It was too late for me to order one elsewhere. Damion, the manager doesn’t respond to e mails and the phone is “restricted” so I’m unable to call. I’m still waiting for my refund two weeks later. I don’t recommend this BR and their management stinks.
