Very obvious the employees hate their job, sad because of course we all love their ice cream but their customer service is beyond lacking.
Came here with a group of friends to grab some ice cream, but unfortunately the place was already closed. The hours say they close at 8 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the weather is getting nicer and more people are out in the evenings. It would be great if they considered staying open a little later, especially during busy nights.

Decided I am going to do a survey of ice cream establishments on who has the best butter pecan ice cream. Baskin-Robbins was my second one I have tried. I was actually pretty shocked…..I had one scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone…….$9.60 ish! Besides the cost the ice cream was very average and few pecans! I think that is pretty pricey and the scoop was not that big. I will probably have to think twice before I go there again!
They gave you half the size of the scoop for the regialr scoop is the same ad the kids scoop but they are placing it in a big ball, the topping is 1.99$ for mot even 7 m&ms They are so cheap in their service you pay over priced ice cream that is not even a size of a scoop Ridiculous last visit to this BR
