Will never return to this location. It was extremely hot inside the store and when I asked the employee if it’s normally that hot, she replied “yes.” The ice cream looks like it’s melting. It also took forever to be helped
Bobby was very helpful and gave great customer service at Baskin Robbins. I ordered two 2-scoop sundaes and a large milkshake, and everything was made really well. He was polite, quick, and made sure the order was prepared properly. The sundaes looked good, the milkshake tasted great, and overall it was a very nice experience. Really appreciate Bobby’s service!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The store was extremely warm with poor air circulation, which made it very uncomfortable to stay inside. The ice cream was not properly frozen—it was already soft in the freezer and completely melted by the time it was served. The restroom was also a major issue. The water pressure was extremely strong, making it impossible to wash hands properly. Water was splashing everywhere, soaking clothes and even hitting the face.
