I went to Baskin Robbins yesterday and ordered a scoop of World Class Chocolate ice cream on a regular cone. The ice cream was delicious until I saw a blond hair protruded from deep inside the ice cream, down near the cone. I was completely disgusted. I returned to the store, went inside to ask for an explanation. The worker very matter of factly stated that it must have just fallen in and would I like another one. I simply requested a refund. Despite the bad rating and comment that is also on this page, I have to say my experiences at Baskin Robbins have always been pleasant. The staff is full of teenagers but they seem to really enjoy their job. One of my favorite things is that they always ask about my day or how I am, despite how busy they may be. It's refreshing especially after going somewhere like McDonald's where they just hand you your food and send you on your way. My experience has been terrible. They have a bunch of teenagers working here which is fine in and of itself, but these kids act like they really do not care and hate their jobs and it is evident. On 3 different occasions they did not give me the toppings I asked for, but they charged me for it. When I politely pointed it out to the employee, she was so dismissive.
