Waited in lobby 18 minutes- the manager/ owner and other employee never acknowledged us once. They saw us as 8 other people that came in. We left as did 2 other people that had arrived after us bc they didn’t provide any service. I could handle if they said “we’ll be with you in a moment, or we are really busy (which they weren’t) but to walk but us like we don’t exist was horrible service.

When did they stop putting ice cream in the cone? Call me old-fashioned, but $5.39 for a scoop precariously perched atop a cone is insane. And I do mean precarious. It fell off the cone before I even took a bite. First and last time customer.
