The server (he) doesn’t know how to serve costumers. He serves very rude ... we love baskin robbins but not sonoma baskin robbins
This used to be the best Baskin Robbins, hands down. It’s been no good since the new ownership. They often don’t open on time, they have employees that aren’t trained well and overall, it’s gone downhill enough that I won’t get ice cream there anymore.
Ever since the change of ownership, this place has gone downhill. We used to go here daily because my mom loved the mocha blasts. They lost a regular customer since they could never keep items in stock, the cleanliness of the store deteriorated, lack of customer service and training, operational machinery was always down, and we got the overall impression the owners don't care about the business. It's a shame! I want to go in there myself and fix it up!
My husband went in & gave him the wrong flavor so he went back and he had to pay for it again. � when I finally got the flavor I wanted there was a hair in it. Disgusting �������
