Many flavours were there for kids
Lady that works there has the worst customer service
Just tried to take my daughter for ice cream. It’s 8:45. Sign says they close at 9. He just looks At me and mydaughter and keeps wiping the counter, doesn’t say anything or acknowledge us just keeps looking at us through the glass and looking down.
Ice cream was melting already in the ice cream bins, I asked for strawberries with my ice cream the guy didn’t even chopped and mixed the strawberries they were whole. Lazy service and I’m guessing the freezer was not working cause the ice cream was melting before being scooped.
Just walked in and walked right back out. One thing I don't do is disrespect by kids or young adults. They need to learn customer service etiquette. I understand some children are naturally goofy but your work place is not the time or place. When I asked a direct question about what the issue was; I didn't get a response.
