Just tried to take my daughter for ice cream. It’s 8:45. Sign says they close at 9. He just looks At me and mydaughter and keeps wiping the counter, doesn’t say anything or acknowledge us just keeps looking at us through the glass and looking down.
Ice cream was melting already in the ice cream bins, I asked for strawberries with my ice cream the guy didn’t even chopped and mixed the strawberries they were whole. Lazy service and I’m guessing the freezer was not working cause the ice cream was melting before being scooped.
Just walked in and walked right back out. One thing I don't do is disrespect by kids or young adults. They need to learn customer service etiquette. I understand some children are naturally goofy but your work place is not the time or place. When I asked a direct question about what the issue was; I didn't get a response. Perfect custom cake for a special day! I placed an order ahead of time for an Easter/Birthday ice cream cake for my mom's 50th, and everything went super smoothly. I scheduled pickup for 11:15 AM, and when I arrived, the cake was ready right on time. It looked amazing--exactly what I was hoping for--and it tasted great too! Really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend if you're planning a celebration and want something both fun and delicious!
the punjabi lady who comes in the morning is very rude and horrible to her customers. shame on you. even one star is being generous. your service SUCKS
