My son was turning 13th and for the last 6 years has always requested a cake from BR. I ordered my son's birthday cake 4 days prior to my son's party on 8/28. Ordered the all icecream Oreo cookies and cream football cake. Pretty simple right? Wrong-- My pickup time was 11am, scheduled since the party was at 1pm. 11:30 dark inside, no lights, no activity. DO NOT ORDER BANANA SPLIT FROM DELIVERY SERVICES AS IT WILL COME MELTED AND IF ANY SCOOP SURVIVES IT WILL BE THE TINIEST SCOOP! NOT SATISFIED! I PAID OVER 12.00 FOR MELTED BANANA SPLIT. I GOT OTHER ITEMS TOO BUT THE BANANA SPLIT WAS THE WORST ONE!
