I had a pretty bad experience, I went it in and had to wait In a long line which is normal I understand but what isn’t normal is them ignoring me after already waiting and helping the guys behind me which made no sense and made me feel like I was invisible all three workers ignored me and what was annoying and just plain ignorance is that no other customers were inside it was just me and the two guys they helped before me and what I don’t understand is that there’s three 3 workers and two are making the same milkshake laughi... read more
I just went to Baskin-Robbins and the two teenage girls working there were so rude. They were rolling their eyes the whole time and had bad attitudes. On top of that, the scoops were tiny and definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money there.
Took my son here today shortly after 4pm on May 4th. I ordered him a children cone scoop of the blue cookies ice cream. Lady just slaps it on the counter in a cup. I told her I asked for it in a cone. She puts a cone on top of it. I then said it’s okay son I will fix it for you. She watched me as I made him a cone. My son is autistic!!! what a horrible service for nearly $5.00. The 1st and last time I will ever bring him here.
Just went to get 3 scoops of ice cream and our worker was absolutely amazing with 10/10 customer service! Her name was Alyssa she was so kind best recommendations and helped us while closing. Positive attitude, will definitely come again! Yummy!! I wish I could’ve given her a better tip but it exceeded the maximum amount. Will definitely bring cash next time for a larger tip!
My son was turning 13th and for the last 6 years has always requested a cake from BR. I ordered my son's birthday cake 4 days prior to my son's party on 8/28. Ordered the all icecream Oreo cookies and cream football cake. Pretty simple right? Wrong-- My pickup time was 11am, scheduled since the party was at 1pm. 11:30 dark inside, no lights, no activity. Call, phone is a fast busy signal and no way to leave message. Finally, a man opens the door and tells me there's a staffing issue but hands me my cake. So we have the party... read more
