I stopped by today hoping to make a purchase, but the experience was frustrating from the start. I stood near the counter for about 15 minutes while several employees walked past and never acknowledged me—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you.” After waiting with zero recognition, I left without buying anything. So everything’s fine up until we have to pay, we hand this lady a gift card and ask her how much is on it. she was giving us so much attitude for no reason, same thing with the other lady after we asked her simple question. “how much is on the gift card”. Then we asked something else to be sure there’s no misunderstanding and bothkept rolling her eyes. I know that place has a good reputation for their ice cream but those two lady’s did not give us respectful service. Fix your work situation!
