Workers are ditsy, they dont acknowledge the paying customer when your standing right in front of them, act like your not there

Just purchased a cone and a bowl and they were both very tasty.
Ordered 2 drinks through GrubHub. The delivery itself was not the issue. My order was made incorrectly. We ordered A praline and cream milkshake and a cappuccino blast made with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. We ended up with 2 milkshakes. No trace of coffee concentrate in my cappy blast. Extremely disappointed. This happened March 24th around 8pm. The staff need to get it together and pay closer attention to order accuracy.
