I got an ice cream cake from here and it was delicious ! The gentleman that took my order was very kind and made sure to get everything correct ! I will definitely be back to order more ice cream cakes !
This is supposed to be a two-scoop sundae, but after the whipped cream started to melt, it looked like a half-a-scoop sundae . I gave it a 3 because the ice cream is delicious
Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead to place an order during my short 15-minute break, only to be met with hostility. Instead of trying to accommodate or even respectfully explain policy, the individual on the phone kept shouting, “It’s my money! You don’t get to tell me what to do!” This is not how any customer should be treated. This is one of the best ice cream places in mission viejo! The interior is very clean and inviting.. along with the flavors itself. They have great customer service at all times, always greet you with a warm welcome, and it’s just an overall good place. 5 stars !!
