I came in with my friend on a really hot day, and her service was exceptional. She gave me a discount because I ordered a lot of ice cream, and I didn’t even ask for it. I love this location, and I will come back to it.
I have been at store today and the lady was very polite and patient with my kids, she offered different flavors and explained about creative creation options. The kids were happy to get a crowns with ice cream . Thanks for the perfect service.
I went to buy ice cream for my family yesterday around 6 p.m., and the older lady serving us was somewhat rude; in a way, I felt discriminated against. She greeted us when she saw us, but then her smile vanished, and she went on doing other things before actually waiting on us. That is not good customer service; I hope they speak to her, as every customer is important. The ice cream is good, but the way she treated us spoiled the experience of enjoying a delicious treat.
