Came to write a review and this lady had another bad review already! I was so exited to come get some ice cream, I ask for a waffle cone & am looking at flavors and then I realize she has NO gloves on!! I said “oh I’m a germaphobe that’s not going to fly with me” and she says “the waffle cones are made by hand anyways and getting touched by hands all day” while she looks at me with her tongue out, so I left. Horrible customer service the lady that was taking our order acted annoyed as she didn’t wanted be there .
Had went there and it was horrible! The lady looked bothered by our presence and was rushing us the entire time. Mind you it was not busy or close to 10pm yet. She also was not wearing gloves and kept rolling her eyes the whole time.
I came in for a shake and 2 single scoops for my kids and myself. Went to order and the young lady tells me she gets overwhelmed with too many orders at once, telling me to place one at a time. We were the only customers in the store...WILD. How times have changed.
went in today at 8pm, a bigger middle aged woman already looked annoyed and with our luck she was the one serving us and my sister wanted a small waffle cone and she proceeded to get a cake cone and we didn’t say anything and i asked for a waffle cone and she was about to give me a waffle cup when my sister said it was supposed to be a waffle cone and she looked like we inconvenienced her, she was overly very rude and we left no tip because of it.
