I came in for a shake and 2 single scoops for my kids and myself. Went to order and the young lady tells me she gets overwhelmed with too many orders at once, telling me to place one at a time. We were the only customers in the store...WILD. How times have changed.
went in today at 8pm, a bigger middle aged woman already looked annoyed and with our luck she was the one serving us and my sister wanted a small waffle cone and she proceeded to get a cake cone and we didn’t say anything and i asked for a waffle cone and she was about to give me a waffle cup when my sister said it was supposed to be a waffle cone and she looked like we inconvenienced her, she was overly very rude and we left no tip because of it.
Both of the women working today August 5th at 9:10 pm need to get restrained immediately. They have to worst possible customer service I've had ever. One was on her phone and the bigger lady was dropping signs inside the ice cream and wiping it on her shirt like who does that.
Poor server - very slow. Took half hr to give me 3 ice creams. Made error on topping. Charges for ice creams before the ice creams were handed to me. I had to then ask for a bag. Store not well kept. Not good experience
