I just went in and got a single scoop in a waffle cone. My cone was stale and I was told I would need to pay for a bowl to put my ice cream in. I don't want to eat your stale food and I'm not paying another $5 for a bowl of paper. Fine. I'll just not do that and put it in a bowl at home while I throw away your stale waffle cone. Not coming back to this BS.
Updated 8/2026- I had a delightful jamoca almond fudge and beach day ice cream sundae. Hit the spot, everything looks well refrigerated, they had two workers, and restaurant was reletively clean. Previous- I had the most yummy ice cream with warm brownie yesterday at this location. I had been here last year but the seats and the tables were sticky; however this time everything was clean and the whole process and service went rather smoothly, so I thought I'd leave a review. Im really disappointed in this location, im not usually a person that likes cakes but ever since i tried the baskin robbins ice cream cake i really liked it and i have been purchasing they cake for every occasion. I usually call in for a cake order and at a different location but since i was going to be around the area i decided to place the order for the rockwall location.
