Edit: This was at 11:45am on a friday. Came to buy some ice cream and the store is closed. No sign, no indication of closure, no answer on the phone. Came well after opening time so not sure why they're closed.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I had specifically ordered a pink heart-shaped ice cream cake with the message 'Happy Birthday Audrey' from a location that was not closest to me because they were the only ones that offered ice cream cakes. However, when I received the cake, I was informed that Teresa had misspelled the name as 'Aubrey'. Her attempt to correct it resulted in a very unattractive cake.
