Went to get a banana split ordered a basic banana split and had to explain it to the employee. Then was told that they had no chocolate ice cream. How do you run out of chocolate ice cream at an ice cream shop?Kid ordered 2 scoops and had to keep exploding what he wanted. It was a strange combination, but no need to try and talk him out of it. Went out of my way to get there will not do that again.

Good ice cream like you would expect from them. Out side and inside eating areas.
They need a new manager/owner who isn't rude and treats the customer like a third class citizen. ..including slamming his drive thru window. ...of all the Baskin Robbins I've visited around this country, Carrollton is the worst. ...I would never want my kids to learn his behavior.
Excellent product, but two sections were closed down which only left one with very few selections. Weird!
