They never have vanilla ice cream. Every time we go they say they’re out and this time we pulled up 5 minutes till closing. Yes I know it’s close to time but they’re not closed. They said sorry we can’t make milkshakes we’re cleaning the machines we’re closing in 5 minutes. I worked in the food industry for many years and if we ever refused to serve something on our menu that we could serve anytime before we actually closed we would have gotten in a lot of trouble.
Almost every time I go they're out of chocolate ice cream, or their blender is broken. Also, no one picks up the phone ever.
We wanted 2 PB sundaes, but they didn’t have any PB cups. So we asked for Cookie Dough sundaes & they said they didn’t have any cookie dough ice cream, but they could use chocolate chip ice cream & put cookie dough chunks on it. Not thrilled, but we agreed. We got home and all we had was ice cream & a dollop of whipped cream. No hot fudge, no caramel (as described on the menu), just ice cream we didn’t want & a few pieces of cookie dough for $6 each! We haven’t been here in years and now I remember why.
Sad to see that Baskin Robbins on Thomasville Rd has closed. Dunkin Donuts is still open.
Worst peppermint iced latte ever..they even forgot the whipped cream=/
