Since when do you go to a Baskin Robbins and they tell you there not doing milkshakes right now. No further explanation. Can't help but wonder if its lazy staff or if there's a good reason.
Disappointed in their operation It is the second time I've come and they are closed before publicized time.
I tried the special flavor: marigold-orange and it was good, but I wasn't sure and just wanted to sample one more, but I was told no, only one sample per customer. The worker even said that management was watching and he would be in trouble. I'm a grown adult, not a kid feeding themselves on 20 samples. I was planning on getting 2 take home pints, but ended up getting one single scoop, so they lost out on business. Sad management and/or owners here. Be warned.
