I am deeply appalled how we were treated at the tumwater Baskin Robbins. We waited patiently for our turn...when u have young kids it's not easy. My 6yr old son couldn't see the ice cream so he grabbed onto a plastic holder on top of the glass case that held sprinkles (he couldn't see it he just grabbed onto something higher to pull himself up on) needless to say as I was about to tell him to let go (I saw it outta the corner of my eye) he broke it off and sprinkles went all over. So sad to hear how terribly rude a child and his family were treated at this location by an "older man with a ponytail, who wasn't wearing a hair net". Mistakes happen, children are far from innocent, but they are excited, enthusiastic and most importantly impressionable. I hope ponytail man realizes the mistake that he made today. There are many places to get ice cream around here. You need to create a customer experience that stands out and not in a bad way. ✌
