Recommendedjust good ice cream on good waffle cones
Very friendly and helpful employees. I stopped in for a cone and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was served. Baskin Robbins ice cream always brings a smile and a positive customer experience is a bonus!
My son, daughter, and I came by to pick up ice cream to go. The room was full of mainly middle schoolish kids and a few adults. With as many people that needed to be served I watched the only guy behind the counter take each order in stride. He kept his composure and I was impressed. I didn't see anyone out of that group tip him (unless it was on the receipt) so I did and let him know how impressed I was with how he kept so calm. Took my 3 and 6 year old granddaughters there after walking around the falls and everything was good. I think the fact that the children are well mannered and behaved allows me to take them anywhere with very little concerns
I want to start this review by stating that I have been a fan of Baskin-Robbins since I was a child growing up in Mass.This is the first time that I have encountered a employee who is definitely in a profession he is not suited.I placed my order for a particular shake and was told "NO!"do you think I'm trying to be a smart ass?This response was totally unexceptable.The proper response should have been,I'm sorry but we do not have that flavor.The employee by stating his response with a negative undermined the experience for m... read more
About gagged when I pulled the short black hair out of my mouth that was in my ice cream. My hair is long and grey, my granddaughters was in a tight bun and her friends is long and brown. Both guys working had short black hair. They gave me a replacement, but the damage was done. I think it is time for food establishments to go back to requiring hair nets!
Great experience, staff was patient and polite while my 2 kids tried about 3 different flavors each to pick what they wanted and then when my oldest knocked his ice cream off his cone they immediately said no worries and gave him a replacement!
Awesome service...friendly..great ice cream ! Go here often...every time great.
