There was a problem with a custom Frozen cake we ordered and the owner fixed the problem within a day of being notified. I genuinely appreciated his sincere attention to the issue and his willingness to make it right. I will continue to be a loyal customer! (So glad it was worked out because my kids would've been SO sad! We have a tradition of their cakes for our bdays.).
