The owners of this store should be horrified by the way their customers are treated!! We went there tonight and while in line to order... one of the members in our party had to use the restroom. We were told that only paying customers could use the restroom. What do you think the 10 people standing in line to order were???!!!! Then while ordering we were treated so rude!! One party ordered 2 scoops and was only given 1 but charged for 2. Another ordered a Medium mint chocolate chip milkshake and it was basically milk! The ne... read more

I was totally disgusted while sitting eating our ice cream the female worker who served us was taking her bare hands and digging in the candy toppings repeatedly eating them...nasty!!! Totally unsanitary it made me sick I had to leave I hope the owner reads this!!!!!
