This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 34 years of visiting this area. The manager on duty quite literally yelled at a customer for what she felt was being rude. They were attempting to find out why this particular store didn't accept a corporate promotional deal when the site had their store listed on top of places the promotion could be redeemed. Good and cold on a hot day
Very hot outside we dropped in to cool off and get a treat. The guys there were fast, polite and smiling. Ice cream was great. I should’ve only done 1 scoop though it was a lot of ice cream! 😄
I love ice cream! Baskin Robbins is the best!!
At first we thought they were closed. It seemed dark insude. We were the only customers. Not very friendly service. We were shocked when we were charged $8.20 for 2 single scoop plain ice cream cones! Next time we will go to Johnny Rockets. We could have had 2 hot fudge sundaes for what we were charged for 2 ice cream cones.
nice Place, it is a narrow business which makes it a little hard to see, service was good and it was clean
First of all the girl skipped over me and I told her she told me the guy was going to get me. I told the manager and he did nothing.
