I took my 3 girls here the other day and received excellent service from a very attentive teenager. She was keeping things very clean. Not only that, but my daughter dropped her ice cream on the floor and this teenager didn't even hesitate to get another ice cream. Thank you!
These people have the best customer service. My oldest child is allergic to dairy product. They always get a fresh container of flavored ice from the back, wash their hands and implements, and follow safe handling procedures to ensure my oldest can safely enjoy a frozen sweet treat along with his siblings. As a parent, I appreciate this so much. Thank you!!!
I have been coming here for years . The service tonight was ridiculous. It was BOGO sundae deal . The young short blonde haired girl made me a 3 scoop sundae wrong . Put it in a mini cup with mini scoops... so barely had toppings and hardly any whipped cream . My daughter got the same exact thing and it was literally twice the size ... made by another employee. Have always had great service...even on stressful $1.50 scoop nights!! Thankful they always have my youngest daughter's fave...Cotton Candy!!
