WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! No one acknowledged my husband or myself when we walked in or when we wanted to order something else... Took them 25 mins to make TWO SHAKES!!!!! and when we we got them they were so watery. It was DISGUSTING!!!!!

Worst service ever. Had buy one get one free coupon and was looking forward to having ice cream. After eating about half found a hair in it. The place was very busy and I discreetly walked to end of counter to let the person know and he wasn't too concerned. Poor service skills and acted like he could care less. So I threw it away and walked out. Will just go to McDonalds next time lol.
