From the moment I reached out to get a quote, James and the crew Basin Roofing bent over backwards to help me get my roof replacement done. Every aspect of the job was done right- paperwork for the insurance company, scheduling (and actually showing up on time,) completing the job faster than promised, and leaving my yard better than they found it. I was blown away by their professionalism and efficiency, plus my new roof looks fantastic. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Highly recommended!
These guys have been great to work with! Very responsive and have been able to help us out a TON! Our house is under contract to be sold and we need to get the roof replaced immediately. Their salesman, Daniel was willing to drop what he was doing and come meet us when our claims adjuster was checking out the damage from a recent hail storm. We got it settled and they plan to start this week! Awesome customer service, especially from Daniel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

April they came out and painted the outside of my house! The paint looks like they painted only coat! So now my house has spots all over! They keep asking they will come and fix it! It’s July and I’m still waiting!!
