Basils is a great place to eat. They have wonderful food and a very good atmosphere. The manager will bend over backwards to insure your visit was a pleasurable one. It is easy to find which is really nice. There selection is beyond pizza, but the pizza is the best I have ever had! Everyone out there should try it at least once. You will keep going back, I promise! Excellent job employees of Basils!
I called for a delivery. The girl who answered the phone was unprofessional. It took an hour for the delivery. On the bright side the food was amazing.

What a disappointment tonight! At about 4 PM this evening I ordered two pizzas to pick up at 6:15PM. I arrived about 6:10PM. I paid at the register confirming my order. The counter girl went the kitchen and came back and confirmed by order with me she then went back in the kitchen. She came back and said it will be about 12 minutes. Next a person called saying they received the wrong order. I said was that my pizzas she said yes. 29 minutes late I received my pizzas with "sorry". That's your idea of customer service. At the salon we get busy and order from Basil's at least twice a week. They always deliver quickly and the food is always made fresh. Basil's quality is always excellent. The best salads anywhere hands down!
