I love Basil's. good food at a good price, always a big portion, and the staff is most helpful.
The online ordering needs a lot of work. No "sides" option to order extra sides so you have to leave notes! You can not take something off that you accidentally clicked on, slow and in the check out you can't click on "special instructions" it just disappears and there is no way to just cancel the entire order and just start over. Should get that fixed but great food.

Went to Basils after being ignored at the restaurant next door. We were met with a smile and seated promptly. Our server, Kristin had a smile on her face and did a great job. The food was served hot and very tasty.
The calzone was really good God dam I eat the whole thing lmfao :0) great food good price :0)
The delivery was to be in 25 minutes but took them 35 minutes, the food was cold and the calzone wasn't very good. The burger was to be cooked well done and was rare. I don't think we will be ordering again... the previous order was just as disappointing with tasteless lasagne. On top of that the delivery guy didn't give the order total when he delivered and had no change so he received an extra couple of bucks for a tip in addition to the standard.
