I met my sister and her friend for dinner before a concert. She had put her name on the list and then waited for me outside. When we walked in, two other couples who arrived after us were seated before we were. When my sister questioned the hostess, she got a lame excuse about the other people being ahead of us or some b.s. Once we were seated, our server tells us they are out of grilled chicken and salmon. Soup came out cold, fries were cold, sandwich was soggy. Didn’t want to accept my coupon and waitress wasn’t good. Will eat somewhere else next time...disappointing!!!

I have never left Mimi’s disappointed but tonight we went as a family (a restaurant our kids often suggest) and 3 of our kids ordered the dog pancakes. One of our 5 year old twins got his meal and said “I got a baby doggy?” These pancakes were at least half the size they normally are. All the kids were begging to stop at Taco Bell on the way home because they were still hungry. We have never left a restaurant and had our kids complain they were hungry. A mixed experience. Great french sandwich BAD management and TERRIBLE burger. They did not have TWO of the dishes I wanted; when I asked the under-manager if we could have a dessert to compensate for the sour note, she said she would check with main manager and NEVER came back to check on us. My sandwich was good, the brie burger my husband ordered was over done (he ordered medium well) and had an almost invisible sliver of brie. Wonderful, friendly service! I love everything about Mimi’s and enjoy celebrating special occasions here.
Food was bad! My husband got a 12.00 burger that was so dry he couldn’t eat it. No sauce, no mayo, no pickle no lettuce, just a dry hunk of meat on dry bread. I ordered the meatloaf, what I got was a dried out hunk of pressed meat that had been warmed on the grill. No gravy, no sauce, no seasoning. The entire meal was 50.00, was too much for what we got.
