Never could be reached when needed. When we quit using him he charged us a mega load of money for work supposedly done. Never billed monthly, kept terrible records of payments we made, never had record of cashier's check we paid, screwed us up with the IRS abd then charged us for solving the screw up, took write offs that were questionable and that led to several audits. NO STARS
