This is always my husband and is go to for date night. Never been disappointed in a meal! I can never choose what I want and basically order the whole menu. But always great left overs too! 😀

Food is fantastic, but I had a missing item that I paid $14 for. I had called Basil and the employee named “Michelle” answered and was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I asked for a manager and was told, “no one is here”. Food is A+ but my customer service experience was lackluster.
Good food, but portions are really small
We had DoorDash bring us some delicious food from Basil tonight. So good and so thankful that you guys are still open for taking out during these trying times. <3
Normally have an excellent experience while dining in, but ordered carry out during this virus outbreak and it was not what we were expecting. Rice was overcooked. Egg rolls were soggy as could be expected but just weren't enjoyable, plus they forgot the hot mustard we ordered. Portions were half as small as they would've been had we had the ability to order at the restaurant. Plus we were just expecting it to be better for what we paid (food not hot).
