First time at Basil and it was a horrible pick-up experience tonight. I waited inside for my order for almost an hour since the time it was supposed to be ready. They couldn’t find my order at first and then I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even made when I showed up. The girls out front are running around in chaos, multiple people came back with wrong orders and the whole ordeal was just unacceptable. I checked my order before I left and they left out a meal.
